I came in for an oil change and other service and ended up financing a new car. Everyone from the service department (Mike) and those I dealt with were so friendly. Your facility was recommended by corporate when I advised them I would never return to the Lakeland dealer and would the recommend another dealer. We went back to GA only returning this Sept. thus this was my first visit to your firm. I can assure you it will not be our last for the staff went out of the way to be sure we were well taken care of expeditiously. We have a Subaru dealership 3 miles from our house, however after a not so friendly visit there we were given a recommendation about this one. We ended up having to order our Forester as we were extremely picky about options we wanted. Charles found exactly what we desired and we couldn't be happier. Doug kept us informed all the while we waited on delivery and promptly answered every text I sent him. If he didn't know the right answer he found someone who did.
