I had been looking at purchasing a Toyota RAV4 for a while and I had gone to the Toyota Dealership previously and had the same old sales pitch the constant selling of a car that I didn’t want and I look while and I had gone to the Toyota Dealership previously and had the same old sales pitch the constant selling of a car that I didn’t want and I looked online for other options because I distinctively wanted a certain Rav4 model. I saw there was one located down the road and I put in a email request to view it and immediately I recieved a email and text inviting me to take a look to visit the car. Upon entering Sport Subaru South everything was clean and spacious. However we were dubious as we didn’t want to be hassled as we previously were. This was not the case here at Subaru. We were greeted by a smiling man called Doug who genuinely looked happy to meet us, he said I could take the car for a test drive and he was in no way pushy. We genuinely had the feeling he really cared and wanted to help us. We loved the car! We came back into the dealership and sat back down with Doug. We were honest with our options and financing and Doug listened carefully and put the paperwork together for us and explained everything. He didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing what certain terms meant he took the time to explain everything. We were hesitant about the terms of the offer from the one bank and Doug went back and actually had found an even better deal for us from another bank. We were so so so happy!! We traded our old vehicle in also and not once did Doug try to rush us he listened to us and kept in conversation with us the whole time. He really is an asset to the dealership. Next we went in and saw Eli who was amazing he went over EVERYTHING! We were first time dealership car buyers and both Doug and Eli were patient and so down to earth with us. Eli told us about his family and asked about our dog while we were going through the paperwork, he even said dogs were able to come in to the dealership! He described all the warranties in great detail and smiled the whole way through. It felt like we were dealing with our friends as opposed to car salesmen. Two days after we went in to have the paint protector on the car and we brought our family pet and everyone in the dealership lit up and smiled instantly when they saw her! Everyone who worked there was so genuine. I would highly encourage you to visit this dealership. The team at Subaru have made us so happy with our purchase and made it so easy! Also the level of hygiene was really really above and beyond Eli wiped and sanitized everything for us, the lounge had sanitizing wipes and they allowed us to sit and relax while waiting for the car to be serviced. Doug came over with a warm smile and chatted to us asking how we were even though he did not need to. He showed us the photos of his dogs and petted our pup and we just felt so happy being in their presence. Please visit here before trying anywhere else. We will be back! My husband has seen a Subaru in the show room which we plan on purchasing next year. Thank you again Doug and Eli! They are both wonderful assets to the amazing team they already have there. More

Kyle Whitten is by far the best salesmen. Quickly went in depth about the STI I wanted and its trims, even stayed LATE. Answered all my questions and got me a great deal.
