Until I bought our first Subaru in 2015 I had no confidence in dealership service. Seven Subaru's later I am totally confident in the service I receive at this particular Subaru Dealership. It start confidence in dealership service. Seven Subaru's later I am totally confident in the service I receive at this particular Subaru Dealership. It starts with confidence in the service writer (Darlene). Darlene explains, follows up, and I have never received the car back with grease on the steering wheel or door handles, etc. Their appears to be a good working relationship between the service writer and the mechanics. As long as Darlene is there and the service continues at the level I receive I will continue being a regular service customer for the four Subaru's owned by family members. Keep up the good work! More

You guys are awesome Alex from Sales and Elizer from registration are very friendly and hopeful. It was the quickest experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Usually it is a day long event, but with registration are very friendly and hopeful. It was the quickest experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I took my car in for routine maintenance, and when I picked it up, it had residue or grease on the outside windows. I mentioned this to the service department and they promptly scheduled my vehicle in f picked it up, it had residue or grease on the outside windows. I mentioned this to the service department and they promptly scheduled my vehicle in for detailing and cleaned it at no charge, which completely resolved any of the residue.
