I primarily dealt with Mike Losardo who did an excellent job getting me a loaner car, keeping me informed of the progress and offering me options. The only issue I would note was not his but the floor mats job getting me a loaner car, keeping me informed of the progress and offering me options. Richard A was very professional and informative. Answered my questions with ease. Very positive experience and the fastest I’ve been in and out for a service yet. I’ve had the problem, but in last months it went away until the oil change. I was told by previous advisers that it’s the type of transmission. Hoping that’s all! More
