Richard A was very professional and informative. Answered my questions with ease. Very positive experience and the fastest I’ve been in and out for a service yet. I notice my Crosstrek acts differently after my questions with ease. Very positive experience and the fastest I’ve been in and out for a service yet. I notice my Crosstrek acts differently after oil changes though. It hesitates abs won’t accelerate well after shifting gears. I’ve had the problem, but in last months it went away until the oil change. I was told by previous advisers that it’s the type of transmission. Hoping that’s all! More
