We had been considering Subaru for our next vehicle and when we walked into the dealership we were impressed. We test drove several cars and decided on the the Forester Sport, great features, good value a when we walked into the dealership we were impressed. I have had an amazing customer experience here. From the beginning when buying my car, Ian and Eli were extremely prompt and helpful throughout the entire process. I purchased a used Ford Focus, and unfor beginning when buying my car, Ian and Eli were extremely prompt and helpful throughout the entire process. I purchased a used Ford Focus, and unfortunately a few days later it needed to go into ford for servicing, due to some ford recall issues. However when I came into Sport Subaru about the issue, the manager Monty immediately had my car inspected, and personally saw to it that I had a way to and from Ford after dropping my car off. He quickly put me in a loaner all before I had to get to work, and made it on time. I know already that I am in good hands with this dealership, and I will suggest them to everyone I know when they're looking to buy a car. More

Sport Subaru South did a great job suing my recent service appointment. Natalie was very transparent about the process and kept me informed until my car was ready. The technician recorded a video and service appointment. Natalie was very transparent about the process and kept me informed until my car was ready. The technician recorded a video and clearly explained the work that needed to be performed. Additionally, she went above and beyond to secure need parts on the same day and had my car ready by closing time. This meant that I had my car for the rest of the week (As opposed to shaving to wait until Monday).Overall, this was a really great customer experience More
