My first service visit and I am delighted Having recently moved from Connecticut, this was my first visit to Sport Subaru South. At 38,000 miles my Forester was. A it overdue for regular maint Having recently moved from Connecticut, this was my first visit to Sport Subaru South. At 38,000 miles my Forester was. A it overdue for regular maintenance ( oil change, etc.). In addition I had work done on two recalls a wheel alignment and change the cabin air filter. In short, a lot of work needed to be done. Darlene was the service person I worked with and she was professional, courteous and friendly. She kept me informed on the progress of the service work. Also, I was able to look into the garage and see what the mechanics was doing. The garage area was clean and organized and the mechanic went about his work diligently. As if all that wasn’t enough my car was hand washed and the tires were armor alley! This was most unexpected and I was absolutely delighted! All in all I had a very good experience. More
