Dan was absolutely a great person to deal with. The shopping experience started really easy with a real world test drive and the buying experience was very smooth. I had a tire rotation on visit before this one -the svc desk team works well together they are good people that want to ensure customer is happy. I had a tire rotation on visit before this one -the next day the low air indicator showed low. I pulled into a Tire Kingdom to find all 4 tires less than 50% min - On this visit I asked the team what would make this happen - they confirmed one of the tech had a broken reader and this affected a number of people including myself they apologized and took full responsibility (refreshing ). My suggestion is that moving forward the equipment is tested on a daily basis as mistakes can be catastrophic (SUV with tire pressure 14/15 front 17/17 back on highway high speed "not Good") More
