I've never had an issue before... but this time they told me they did not performed tire rotation on my vehicle because supposedly my service coupon voucher did not covered for it, while the voucher said exp me they did not performed tire rotation on my vehicle because supposedly my service coupon voucher did not covered for it, while the voucher said explicitly the tire rotation is covered.... Buying a used car here was a breeze! I went in knowing what I wanted and Doug respected that! I didn’t receive any harassing text messages or phone calls after I left the dealership, my time was really respected! When I decided to buy Doug let me have the time with the car again and I was able to take it out for a second test drive to make sure my decision was right.
