I thought that it would be a so-so experience because I had the prepaid service agreement. I was certainly surprised by the friendly staff and quick service. I found out that I had a recall on my vehicle at check in and Natalie made sure that the recall was taken care of before I left. I was also surprised that my got a wash too.
