I dislike the tactics that are employed by sales, and am irritate I want to begin with a not about myself:. I do not enjoy the car buying experience. I dislike the tactics that are employed by sales, and am irritated when the process of passing the buyer along between auto sales, pricing and finance managers. With that said, I step into the situation immediately on the defensive...but in this case, the sense of anxiety and irritation quickly dissipated. Each person was a unique personality, all were professional and the experience ended up being well paced and enjoyable. While I intended to purchase a vehicle...I did not expect that I would be impressed enough to leave a review. Well done Sport Suburu team! More
