Did Not Feel Like A Valued Customer. Arrived 8:54. Left at 11:24 due to miscommunication of staff. First visit! Not Happy! Your Error! Customer Service should be a high priority, a Arrived 8:54. Left at 11:24 due to miscommunication of staff. First visit! Not Happy! Your Error! Customer Service should be a high priority, and I did not feel that it was. First Impression is very important. You could have done much better! The staff completely forgot I was there. If I hadn't gone to front desk and asked, how long would I have waited?? Normally, in a situation such as this, a courtesy is given to the customer. However, you did not do that. Extremely disappointed in your service department. More
