The professionalism The willing to work with you and truly do the best that they can for you Really blew my mind I never once felt like a number I literally felt like family with how good they were to my wife and I. They truly had our best interest in mind and got us the price that we were hoping for. I want to sincerely thank Charlie Doug and guy for all of your awesome work but most importantly you’re genuine care and making it happen for my wife and I. we will always be thankful to you guys and we will definitely be back again! I feel they only care for their commission. I would not reccomend Sport Subaru South to anybody. I went in to purchase a brand new 2019 WRX but didnt end up walking out with the car I purchased. I would not reccomend Sport Subaru South to anybody. I went in to purchase a brand new 2019 WRX but didnt end up walking out with the car I purchased. The car they sold me ended up having a dent in the rear bumper while the car when I test drove it had 7 total miles on it. It is unacceptable to sell something valued so high that is damager when you are buying it brand new. Lucky for the dealership I was leaving for a week for a vacation two days after my visit so I could just let them have my car till I get back, dent should be removed no big deal. Wrong. I come back for them to tell me to stop in to get a loaner car. I come in to get the loaner just to find out I need to be 21 to get a loaner and I'm only 20. So we search around for the mechanic who was supposedly working on my car, Donny. After we find he and ask him what's up he could hardly look at me or pay me any notice as he scanned around the store looking for something. He manages to tell me he should have my car done within two or three days. Once again wrong, it took them a little over two weeks after this visit not two or three days. I found out a couple days after they told me it would origionally be done that they ended up taking it to a shop without ever letting me know until I asked them myself. This gives me the impression that once I visited and they first told me it wasnt done that they hadn't even looked at the damage to my car yet let alone could give me an accurate estimate of when they could finish buffing out this dent. If the dent was too bad you couldnt fix it and needed to replace the bumper well you could have taken the responsiblity onto yourself, given it was Sport Subaru South that messed up the car I was purchasing, to bump my car just a little higher on the list so it would be done for me but clearly from my experience once I signed those papers and gave them my money they didnt care about how happy I was. To sum this review up since it's a little all over the place, they took 3 weeks to fix a dent in a car I gave then a free week to fix, they took my car somewhere I didnt consent to without even letting me know or ever updating me on the status of my car, wasted my time by misinforming me to come into the store just to not provide what they told me they were providing, and on top of all of it I was offered 0 compensation in return for any of my inconvenience. Sport Subaru South wont put you in a car you want or help you to find that, they will just put you in a car that makes them money then forget about you. More

Great experience Guy helped me and my fiancé get financed with less than perfect credit and a car loan already on my credit. Overall the experience was pleasant, may Guy helped me and my fiancé get financed with less than perfect credit and a car loan already on my credit. Overall the experience was pleasant, maybe a little longer than I would have liked but we had some hoops we had to jump through in order to get everything in order so it was expected. The car was just as listed, no surprises, and we fell in love with it once we test drove it. We definitely recommend sport Subaru! More
