Most of the problem was with the Roadside assistance. Was disappointed with the roadside assistance . I waited for 4 hours and never did get my vehicle towed on that Saturday. Luckily I was stranded at ho Was disappointed with the roadside assistance . I waited for 4 hours and never did get my vehicle towed on that Saturday. Luckily I was stranded at home and not on the highway. My vehicle was out of service for a week. I was not offered a loaner vehicle and they did not have the parts to fix my car. I got my car the following Saturday. Was not happy. And it took three days to get the part to repair. More

Another Great visit. Had to go back into he dealer for a recurring issue. Made an apt but had to cancel at the last minute due to an emergency.
