Terrible experience My son took in our 2019 Subaru WRX for clutch issues. I was told by what I would describe as a non customer friendly employee that they would have to My son took in our 2019 Subaru WRX for clutch issues. I was told by what I would describe as a non customer friendly employee that they would have to pull the transmission to check the clutch for signs of abuse! I am not an 18 year old kid and I think she could’ve chosen a better explanation. I advised her that I should not be held responsible for the expense of pulling the transmission for them to xx for signs of abuse as there is a good remainder of the bumper to bumper warranty!! She kind of rudely explained that they would make that determination. A day later I received the phone call that I was expecting where the not so nice lady advised me that they determined that the clutch had been burned out and that it was in fact caused by abuse and therefore they would not cover the replacement! Thanks god for a professional and courteous group at Subaru who took care of my problem without further questions. Even the case manager said he would not use the words abuse for such a new car with low mileage! I would not take your car to this care center! More
