My buying experience My initial contact I was not impressed. I said I needed to be in the $300 range (with $12000 down and my dead trade) for 60 months. They came back wit My initial contact I was not impressed. I said I needed to be in the $300 range (with $12000 down and my dead trade) for 60 months. They came back with #’s for 48/63/72 months for a car. When I say 60 I mean 60 months. I am then shown a car which was over my price range and was asked if they could get it to my price range, would I buy it. I said OK, went out to look at it to make sure it had what I needed. My salesman then came out to say that’s not the one you are buying. Turns out I was buying a black car when the one I was shown was white ( in Florida black is not good with the heat). Frustrated I asked to see the actual car I was buying. They then bought me a car where you had to use your key, which I had told them was a deal breaker given my propensity to lose keys. I got annoyed at that and the salesman said, this isn’t the car you are buying, the one you r buying has a fob.So again they were showing me a different car than they were trying to sell me. At that point, I was leaving, the finance guy came out and asked me what I needed. I listed what I needed and he said, you need the outback limited, the model up from what I was being shown. He asked me if I could wait 5 mins to see if he could work the #’s. I said if they could do it in 5 mins. In less than 5 mins he came back and said they could only get it down to $350 for 60 months. For the car I was getting ( with all I wanted and more) what he was offering was a good price but more than I wanted to spend, so I said I have to think about it.As I walked out the door they bought the price down to $326/month, without pressuring me. I went to Volkswagen and they had nothing to offer. I had been to Toyota and Subaru’s offer was better for a safer, better car so I went back to buy the car.From the moment I stepped back in the door, the service I got was EXCEPTIONAL and EFFICIENT.They showed me the actual car, I was buying, they set up the contract exactly as they had agreed to.They arranged to pick up my dead car to bring back to the dealership and followed me in my new car so I could drop of the rental. They helped me clean everything from the old car. Finally, they took the time to walk me through the features of the new car. I ended up a very happy and grateful customer!!!! The m More
