Received wrong information on car ordered Ordered car and was told by salesman twice that it had heated rear seats. It did not. Very disappointed. Be sure to do your own research. Superb Customer Service Purchasing a vehicle is always a stressful situation for for most people. I was pleasantly surprised with the greeting we received from the staff at Purchasing a vehicle is always a stressful situation for for most people. I was pleasantly surprised with the greeting we received from the staff at Sport Subaru South Orlando. We were warmly greeted by Guy (from Chicago). We informed him that we were looking to just test drive the forester and not looking to purchase at this time but in a couple of months. There was no pressure from him at all. Within a few minutes my wife was behind the wheel taking it for a spin. The conversation with Guy was as though we were talking to family. He was very knowledgeable about the Forester Sport. I had done my homework/research as well. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and the company (Subaru). Like I mention earlier we were not planing to purchase that day. We had another dealership to visit (VW). My wife and I have been in the Customer Service industry for over 30 years and I must say that Guy is at the top of our list. After the excellent customer service we received from Guy we decided to see what we could do drive out in that new Forester Sport. The team at the dealership is excellent. I will have our serviced there and will recommending your dealership to my family & friends who are looking to purchase a vehicle. Guy is my guy! More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever Just like everyone else i hated the thought of searching for a new car. Fortunately i had received a copy of Consumer Reports a few months ago. First sport south Subaru experience I originally scheduled an appointment for the passenger airbag recall on my 2013 Legacy. Though I did receive a letter from Subaru, when the rep chec I originally scheduled an appointment for the passenger airbag recall on my 2013 Legacy. Though I did receive a letter from Subaru, when the rep check my vin number she said my car was not affected. I therefore just had an oil change and tire rotation done. This was done with no problem. When I returned home I found the letter and checked the government website and found that my car is on the list. Apparently, the rep red the vin number wrong. That’s an easy mistake to make but now I have to reschedule and it’s a 25 mile drive. I have no complaints about the facility or the work that was done. More
