Accused me of being a liar I brought my car in for an evaluation of defective interior parts. Upon completion of the review, I was asked of I’d like a complementary car wash. I I brought my car in for an evaluation of defective interior parts. Upon completion of the review, I was asked of I’d like a complementary car wash. I asked what type of car wash because I have a C-Quarts coating on the car I paid $500.00 to a private detailer for. I was told it was a simple hand wash with soap and water and a dressing of the tires. When the car was brought out, there was a very noticeable spray marking on the front plastic part. When I pointed it out, I was told, “it was probably there when you brought it in”. The mark was not there, and I have picture evidence that it was not. I had the car washed two days prior and took pictures of it. I am very disappointed in the staff, and insulted for having my integrity questioned. Very displeased! More

He answered all my questions and sent me a Lease Quote same day with complete information, including competitive price, that convinced me that I would lease my new Ascent Limited from Sport Subaru South. Next, I was introduced to Delvin Litteras, Sales Manager, to complete the sales process. He even came over to Melbourne to pick up me and my wife and drive us back to the dealership. There were no surprises completing the paperwork; went smoothly with all questions answered. After meeting with Elizezer Alicea, Finance, again with no surprises, Delvin introduced us to the Ascent Limited and went over necessary information we needed to drive the car out of the lot with confidence. I was looking into a BRZ but unfortunately it was out of my budget but Alex was very dedicated and hopeful. He helped me look in their inventory for a car that was within my budget and was both stylish and matched my needs. We came across the Volkswagen Passat which completely blew my mind away! Alex is very passionate in what he does at Sport Subaru South and within a few hours I was walking out with my new car.
