Great service, mixed technical expertise Went in for an oil change and inspection on my almost three year old Crosstrek. Everything checked out. The weeks later my battery was completely dea Went in for an oil change and inspection on my almost three year old Crosstrek. Everything checked out. The weeks later my battery was completely dead and I got stuck on the side of the road. But sure how the battery went from "no problems" to dead in three weeks. This is typically a gradual decline so it should have been noticed during the inspection. When I brought it in the next morning it was still covered under warranty, didn't take long to fix, and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The staff is typically great and I appreciate that. More
