Great smooth customer service experience. I had a great experience with Kerwin. He had a very friendly and professional attitude. After I asked about a vehicle I saw online, he immediately too I had a great experience with Kerwin. He had a very friendly and professional attitude. After I asked about a vehicle I saw online, he immediately took me inside so I could check with him if it was still available and it was. Even though he mentioned it was on other side of the lot he went to get the keys and had the courtesy of brining the vehicle over without making me walk over there. After seeing the vehicle and taking it for a drive, it was a very smooth process. I want to mention also that the atmosphere at the dealer was also great, even though it was a Saturday, I never felt any pressure whatsoever. The Finace guy, Eliezer, was also cool and actually helped me out with my own Insurance, even though he didn't have to. These guys made the whole process of buying a vehicle here IMPECABLE! Very satisfied. With my experience Blaine and his staff were excellent. I had a side wall tire blow out in a fairly new Outback which was a scarey experience.
