Difficult to Finance - net here! I walked in knowing that my credit was less than perfect, and with my unique financial situation it would be difficult. Delvin was very knowledgeable in showing us the different functions of the vehicle & taking us out for a test drive. He also assisted with a financial plan that would suit our needs. Great job, I would have given a five star had it not been for the long wait to see the finance officer, then given a stack of papers to sign (understandably) however not feeling comfortable with the knowledge of exactly what I was signing & only being offered a quick explanation upon my asking. I am now in possession of dual set of papers with slightly different amounts as he made a mistake on one set but did not eliminate the one set not needed. Very confusing. More
