The sales department did a great job of helping us find the right vehicle for our growing family, a 2017 certified pre-owned Outback. When one the access keys wasn't found, they quickly ordered a new one and paired it with our vehicle for free. No need to follow up like I usually do with the service desk. More

It was great until I went in to get my front break pads replaced. I’ve been here before and they did a good job. But this time around a couple days after the service I n I went in to get my front break pads replaced. I’ve been here before and they did a good job. But this time around a couple days after the service I notice a noise coming from my wheels. When I finally check them I was missing one lugnut and when I checked the other lug nuts they were not tight at all. The noise I was hearing was from my rims moving around. I love this place so I would’ve expected a little more attention to detail like the things holding my wheels to the car. More
