Happy to be a part of the Subaru family, with Sport South as my service center. Unrelated to my positive experience with the service center, the cost of parts is a bit high, $140 for a single Goodyear Assurance tire isn't the most competitive. More

No service appt required If I give a 5* then there is no room for improvement! I had called earlier to bring the vehicle to top off the coolant. No appointment was require. It was a long wait to check tire pressure and top off couple fluids. I was offered to have my car hand washed ( btw, nicely done, Thks) so maybe the wash was the only reason. after pulling my car in the garage as soon as it was checked. Quality of service will be evident over time, hence 4* All in all I had a very good experience with the service and the team I was in contact with. Knowledgeable and Extremely helpful. Recent service My car was in for a 30k service. The total cost was over $500.00 which I agreed to before the service was done. My only concern was that for the first My car was in for a 30k service. The outside was washed but not very well and the inside was not vacumed it wiped down. I was disappointed. The car cleaning was the only perk I had been enjoying. At my NJ dealership my car came back to me cleaned inside and out. Last time I used Peacock and my car was spotless. New owners, quality changed in this area. More
