Worse Sales Manager The experience at the beginning was great with the service From Eddie Cartagena(Sales) and Blaine Rehrig (Service) but the rest noting good to said. The Sales manager" Cristian Gysling is not professional and doesn't have respect to the customer telling me in front of me and everyone present at that time that he is busy talking (co- workers )and don't have time so, after few seconds he notice that big mistake and he calling me " hey you" your name is Luis right and I answer the same way "Excuse I am busy at this moment" causing laugh on the lady at the reception. Also this employee (Sales Manager) told me that this is his house and I come no respectfully if I leave he will no help me . ja ja ja. who he think is. He need to learn respect and have at least some customer service. He think because I am Spanish I will be silent. He was wrong. I'm more USA citizen that him. I am customer that need respect like every one. I hope the General Manager " Brian" take some actions and select better the employees. Please speak when this type of issues happen. More
