Transmission replacement 4 year old car started showing signs of transmission trouble a few weeks ago. Brought it in to Sport Subaru and dealt exclusively with Service Adviser 4 year old car started showing signs of transmission trouble a few weeks ago. Brought it in to Sport Subaru and dealt exclusively with Service Adviser Darlene. After a day, the problem was diagnosed and a remanufactured transmission was ordered. Darlene kept us in the loop and the car was ready when promised. My wife picked the car up and was greeted promptly by the friendly staff. The car drives fine and appears to have been repaired. I drove it for a short distance. No issues noted. The car was washed and well taken care of. PS Subaru of America handled this case due to vehicle being under warranty. More
