He was able to answer every question I had about the Subaru BRZ, down to every little detail. He was informative and helped sort out all the paperwork and made everything possible. First required maintenance: I was a bit early, and greeted nicely. They were ready with my records, and gave me an estimate of the time it would take. Joining the Subaru Family I went to Subaru for the first time to learn more about the Ascent. I was pregnant at the time expecting my third baby and needed something bigger to I went to Subaru for the first time to learn more about the Ascent. I was pregnant at the time expecting my third baby and needed something bigger to accommodate my growing family. I knew very little about Subaru and have never riven one before. Upon my first arrival my family and I were treated with the upmost courtesy and respect, it was a very friendly environment. I was given a slew of information on the vehicle from Mari Acevedo and Nate Naymick (online sale manager at the time) and they both were very helpful explaining every feature and option. Nate was patient at running numbers associated with the options and Mari remained engaged with my family while providing additional information. They did not have the car on site, but I was able to test drive the Outback and Mari gave me comparisons between the two vehicles. After a few days, I decided to place my pre-order for the Ascent. Once my vehicle arrived, I went back for a test drive and Mari explain all the cool features. Honestly, not once did I feel pressured to buy the vehicle, instead, everyone that I spoke to seemed loyal to the products. When I decided to close the deal, Eli (the finance person) was very helpful and personable. He went above and beyond to find out details about my service package to help me make an informed decision on whether I should purchase it or not. Finally right before I left, Mari gave me a comprehensive rundown of my vehicle. All in all, I had a noteworthy experience and Mari was an awesome sale's representative. She made the experience light and fun and seemed focused on making sure that I was satisfied before completing any interactions. Great customer service all around. My only complaints were that telephone communication was delayed during the restructure and the waiting room could be more welcoming. After a few days driving my Ascent, I have to say that it is a smooth ride, has a slew of gadgets, and makes it easy to maneuver three carseats. It has great curb appeal! More

They brought me the report which showed that I needed brakes, which I was aware of already. He offered me this service and since I don't want to do it myself I agreed, I didn't have to wait all day, there was a sweet little coffee machine and some snacks available. Satisfied with the job they did and they even washed my car, so I left satisfied. Felt respected by Blaine, and he was not pushy, which I hate. Will go there again in the future. More
