Great Service Team I had a noise coming from the rear of my Impreza. I stopped in to set up a appointment and they said they would look at it for me if I had time, They I had a noise coming from the rear of my Impreza. I stopped in to set up a appointment and they said they would look at it for me if I had time, They took it in and told me it needed a wheel bearing, And that they had the part and could fix it while I was there. They had my car finished and cleaned within two hours, I was so surprised to get such great service when I just stopped in. These guys are great. If you have any issue I recommend stopping in and seeing this group great people. I don't know who put this group together but they got it right. More

Quaility of Service The mechanics at the service center needs QC training. Every time I brought my car in for service or adding upgrades there seems to be screws missing The mechanics at the service center needs QC training. Every time I brought my car in for service or adding upgrades there seems to be screws missing or loose. It seems to me that they dislike their work environment which no doubt is passed onto the customer. Management needs to take a good look at their mechanics and remove those mechanics that are ruining the reputation of Subaru. More
