The way a dealership should treat people We used all of the tools available through the Internet researching the vehicle that we wanted. We test drove a different car at another Subaru deale We used all of the tools available through the Internet researching the vehicle that we wanted. We test drove a different car at another Subaru dealership but they didn’t have the features and vehicle we wanted. We made an appointment with Jose to test drive the car. When we arrived at the dealership Jose was ready for us. He was very patient in going through every component of the vehicle during our test drive. The couple of questions he was not able to answer he went and found someone to come and speak to us to make sure we had all of the answers to our questions. We never felt like we were being sold or pressured at all. We were able to complete everything at the dealership on our initial trip and are quite happy with our purchase. More
