At the end of the day, I received a fair trade-in value for my vehicle and we were able to reach an amicable arrangement. I appreciated Kerwin's candor, and that he didn't attempt to steer me away from the vehicle I wanted. I generally dislike purchasing vehicles, but he made it a pleasant experience. Eli was very knowledgeable and informative about warranty and maintenance programs, and was able to quickly and favorably conclude that portion of the transaction. Blaine's department quickly installed the new accessories, and was conversant and informed when addressing my questions about future maintenance.
