My Sales Person, Doug Rowland I ran across this beautiful car that I now call ‘my own’ about a week or so ago when searching for a vehicle to replace my 1999 Chrysler Sebring Conve I ran across this beautiful car that I now call ‘my own’ about a week or so ago when searching for a vehicle to replace my 1999 Chrysler Sebring Convertible (it was time to part ways!). I decided to visit the dealership, and when I arrived , I was informed by someone other than Doug, that it had been sold earlier that week. So back to my online search I went. The next morning when I checked for this car again, it was still on the dealership’s site. So I decided to send an email, and Doug replied... so sorry for the confusion, but this vehicle has NOT been sold! Now understand, i’m one of those people who don’t usually like dealing with sales people. However, to my surprise, when I finally met Doug, I was 100+ comfortable with him. Doug is very pleasant to work with, and came across as a very honest person! He kept me informed about the whereabouts of the car and when it arrived back at the dealership, I got a chance to sit in it as he explained all of Its wonderful features.
