My experience with Sport Subaru South was unfortunately somewhat negative, and based upon my experiences cannot recommend any of my friends or family attempt to order a Subaru from them. My main issues somewhat negative, and based upon my experiences cannot recommend any of my friends or family attempt to order a Subaru from them. My main issues were with the following: Lack of Transparency - the initial sales person that I negotiated with on a new vehicle refused to give me a print out of the exact vehicle being ordered with a clearly defined out of door price. This almost led to the vehicle being ordered in the entirely wrong color, and DID lead to the vehicle arriving without the options that I had requested. In addition to it resulting in the lack of a $750 add-on, that I now have to pay for out of pocket separately (originally assumed to be a part of the negotiated price), it made it extremely difficult on the day of purchase, as there was a misunderstanding between myself and a new sales associate on what the agreed upon out of door price was. To their credit, they did eventually honor the price that had been agreed upon during original negotiations, but that did not take into account the lack of the $750 add-on being ordered. Clerical Mistakes - After the issue with expected price had been resolved, I proceeded to the finance department to actually pay for the vehicle. While reviewing the amount owed, I noted that they had not subtracted out the $500 deposit I had paid when I placed the order for the vehicle. Once pointed out, they quickly fixed and re-printed the document for signing. While they took immediate and appropriate actions once the mistake was noted, it still would have cost the customer $500 if the mistake hadn't been pointed out (by the customer). More

It took a long time and I was there for a recall. Website said 2 hour but when we arrived advised 2 hours. Staff were excellent and did complete in the timeframe they specified once I arrived.
