I scheduled the service online for a Friday morning, which was confirmed via email. Then I get an email saying it's scheduled for Saturday afternoon. Then I get a call to confirm the Saturday appointmen which was confirmed via email. Then I get an email saying it's scheduled for Saturday afternoon. Then I get a call to confirm the Saturday appointment. In that call, I explain what took place regarding the Friday appointment. The service person says he doesn't see the Friday appointment. The next day, I receive another call to confirm the Friday appointment. So, I go to the Friday appointment and they do the service. That night, I receive text reminders for the Saturday appointment. Clearly, this dealership as a systems issue. Otherwise, the service people I encountered were great. More
