Going back to an Acura My wife and I used to drive an Acura TSX (Great Car). But the car was getting a little too old and time for a new car. My wife's dream car has always My wife and I used to drive an Acura TSX (Great Car). But the car was getting a little too old and time for a new car. My wife's dream car has always been a BMW, so we purchased a BMW in 2014. The BMW was nice, but some of the standard features on an Acura are considered extras on the BMW. Not too happy with this, but the BIG PROBLEM is their service dept. We take the BMW in for a scheduled oil change (with an appointment too). BMW service dept. can never have our car ready at the scheduled time as told. Always some reason why they're running behind, time after time. We complained, but still the same problem and I gave up on BMW. When we finally got our car out of BMW service dept. we went straight over to Acura of Riverside. Michelle (a very nice person) showed us the Acura we were interested in and answer all our questions and I have to say this woman knows her cars. Michelle did not put any pressure on us to buy a car, until we were ready to talk numbers with the sales Manager. We were offered a FANTASTIC deal and purchased the Acura and Dumping BMW.
