My family had a wonderful shopping experience with Alan while shopping for a new MDX. He was very respectful, polite, patient, and personable. Even during a time when dealerships are trying to make as much money as they can due to the limited supply of new vehicles that they have to sell, Alan did what he could to hep keep the price down. We also didn't have the extra key and title for our trade-in with us that day (which was a Saturday) and because we had family plans the next day (Sunday), Alan insisted that we don't come in Sunday to bring in these items so that we can have our family time and asked that we bring them on Monday instead. More

Sales experience with Chris Foltz was great. In fact the pre-sales experience over email was also great with Chris Rushing providing me quick/accurate information. I like to deal transparently so both sides don't waste time and that was my experience with everyone involved...until I got to financing. Wish I didn't even need to mention it, but the finance guy (who I won't name) was God awful. Got an attitude and TRIED to intimidate me and threaten to pull the sale if I didn't agree to pay an extra cost that he disclosed at the VERY END of the transaction. It put a really sour taste in my mouth and ruined an otherwise great experience. From the Internet experience to the front desk to the sales guy to the physical location and the car, everything was top notch and on the up and up. My recommendation is be prepared if you meet with this finance guy to be intimidated and experience rude behavior. If I were Spreen I would talk to this guy and have him turn around his behavior because he's completely sullying what could be a sterling reputation for them. Hopefully he was just having a bad day. Still, the rest of the experience, the vehicle, and the deal was too great to let him completely ruin the experience/review. More
