Christopher Foltz was excellent and very professional. My perception and experience with him was kind, patient and caring. I’m 77 years old so those qualities and attributes I appreciate. On the other hand my experience with Jerimiah Sander was not very pleasant. I felt he was very impatient, curt and sarcastic. For example, I needed to read some of the paperwork he presented to me. He decided to tell me about the form(s) in a tone I did not care for and minimized its importance to hurry me along. I did not appreciate his conduct and in a position of Financial Advisor/Preparer he should know better and exercise more patience ESPECIALLY when interacting with senior citizens! My last concern is Mr. Foltz spoke to a manager while I was there and the manager NEVER came over to introduce himself/herself during the vehicle pricing negotiation. I feel the manager should have come to the office with Chris and introduced himself/herself. Especially since the vehicle price settlement lasted almost 1 hour. I think the manager’s actions were rude and very impersonal. It was not Chris’ fault but I certainly hold the Manager/Team Manager accountable. Let’s be sure to inform this Manager that excellent customer service means presenting one’s self in person to the customer. After more than two rounds of not accepting the price offer of the vehicle, certainly a manager should come to the office with Chris. Very disappointing again NOT with Chris but the Manager on duty on June 17th at approximately 2 pm. More
