The service was great when dealing online with Ms. Regina Vasquez. Everything went downhill after I arrived to the dealer. It took 30 minutes to see a vehicle. Then after signing the paperwork it took 3:15 Vasquez. Everything went downhill after I arrived to the dealer. It took 30 minutes to see a vehicle. Granted the final chosen vehicle was being brought from another location for which I was told it would take 20 minutes. I would rather be told the it would take 2 hours to have the vehicle ready than been deceived on making me believe it would take 20 minutes. Initial appointment time: 2:00PM Leaving with vehicle6:30 PM 4.5 hours for a vehicle that the price had been negotiated before arrival? Definitely poor service!
