took my car in to get an oil change monday afternoon, first used the car after the oil change on wednesday morning and noticed the bottom of my car was scraping at every dip, knowing this was unusual i l first used the car after the oil change on wednesday morning and noticed the bottom of my car was scraping at every dip, knowing this was unusual i looked under the car to noticed a damaged, pushed back metal plate hanging under. i immediately call the dealership, i talk to someone in service and as soon as i explain what's happening, they hang up on me. i called again and spoke to an operator who redirected me to kyle, the service manager only to be sent to voicemail. i brought my car in moments later and spoke to travis who was very helpful but the evaluation itself took about 3-4 hours, only to be called and explained that the skid plate had been damaged DO TO MISSING SCREWS THAT WERE FORGOT TO PUT BACK ON AFTER THE OIL CHANGE and it would be another hour to get it fixed. extremely disappointed with SUCH A CARELESS mistake LIKE FORGETTING SCREWS potentially causing further damage to the rest of the car. i was not even offered an apology whatsoever ever!!! extremely careless!!! More
Jake was an awesome Sales rep. There are no complains against him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and he worked with us with no pressure. What I did not like, was the location of where I d against him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and he worked with us with no pressure. What I did not like, was the location of where I did my walk around on my new vehicle.The lighting was very poor, causing me to miss a scratch on my NEW car. Because of the poor lighting, I used my cell phone lighting and still did not catch the discrepancy until I saw my car in daylight due to where the location of the scratch was. However, it was too late. Also, there were scratches on my NEW screen that were also missed due to poor lighting. If there is anything I can change about my experience, is to come during the daylight. I would advise ANY buyer to not buy a car after the time of 2 P.M. because after the paperwork is done, it will be near nightfall and Spreen Honda does not have good quality lighting any where on their parking lot. More

Once again, Yonic and his service team treated me like royalty. When I drove up to the service bay a nice young man immediately came to my vehicle, greeted me, asked me if he could assist me, and took my royalty. Before I could get into the building to write up my service order, my vehicle had been taken into the service area. Yonic saw me, greeted me and wrote up my service order. Yonic was patient, kind, caring and listened carefully to everything I was saying. I told him I would be waiting and he actually took the time to check up on me twice asking me if there was anything he could do to make my visit and wait more pleasant. He made me feel valued, important and cared for. He also made me feel like and treated me as if I was his only customer. I really felt special. Yonic provided superior, "top shelf" customer service. He represents the dealerships well and needs to be recognized for all of his efforts. It seemed to come naturally to Yonic in providing the amazing service I received. It is this type of service that made me buy two brand new vehicles in three years from this dealership and is the only dealership I will let service my vehicles. More
