Salesman Thanh Mac, also known as Tom, was very helpful and answered all of our questions, even after 12 days with our car. However, my co-signer was concerned about the behavior of the finance representat and answered all of our questions, even after 12 days with our car. However, my co-signer was concerned about the behavior of the finance representative, Ricky Ogborn, during the finalization and signing of our paperwork.
