First day I tried to get an oil change was at 430 pm. Their website and phone announcement, when you call them says service center open until 6pm. They told me sorry can’t take your car, we stop taking cars in after 430 sometimes. Then I went in next day earlier, they accepted my car for service. Just wanted oil change , off course they try their upselling, that normal I guess. But I said no thank you and right away, I’m told you know you need transmission oil change, if you don’t get it, Honda will not help you if your transmission goes out. I did not like that. I have bought and been taking my cars to Spreen Honda for over 15 years. Not sure if new management or post Covid issues. Unfortunately, if you ask me today, I will never go there again and I will not buy another Honda from them either. More
