The car worked well after this planned maintenance visit, and the site staff were all polite and friendly. Two issues, however. 1 - Despite booking the service appointment in advance online and requesting a shuttle ride when I did so, I still had to wait 32 minutes for the shuttle ride home after booking the car in. 2 - When I got the car back, it smelled strongly of gasoline in the cabin. After leaving it overnight with the sunroof open, so did my garage! The gasoline smell has still not gone away, after 150 miles of driving. More
