99% of the time I enjoy going to the spreen Honda dealer, but not this time. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and when I left my air pressure light was on on the car. It has never been on but not this time. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and when I left my air pressure light was on on the car. It has never been on before except one of their time when I had left spreen Honda but they fixed it. This time I drove back to spreen Honda approximately 20 minutes after I had left and they turn the light off. But then on the way home the light came back on again. Now if there is a problem with the pressure in one of my tires it should have been caught when they did the tire rotation oh, I don't understand why. If it's a problem with the light in needs to be fixed but I cannot keep driving back 25 miles every time they have them reset the light. I have called and left messages but have not been called back as of yet. It's now been two days and my light is still on. More

I didn't have a good experience at this dealership today. I stopped by with my girlfriend and right away I got helped by Adrian. I let him know I was there to get information on a 2020 honda civic ex and a 2 I stopped by with my girlfriend and right away I got helped by Adrian. I let him know I was there to get information on a 2020 honda civic ex and a 2020 honda accord sport. At first He kept implying I was there to buy when I told him I came just to check out the inventory and to do a test drive on the cars I was interested in. After the ride he insisted I make a deal on the car I said I was interested in. Once I felt ready to sit down and talk numbers, we went inside I sat down and his boss John A. walked over to let me know he was adrian's manager. Before he took the numbers to his boss I gave him a auto navigator paper describing the terms I was pre-approved for so Adrian asked for my social and general info to run my credit to which he said would only be one credit check and it ended up being 5. After, when he would come back with numbers he would say "this was the best deal but hardly explained the numbers, when I told him it seemed to high for my budget he would give me the feeling of "I made you this deal so why don't you take it?" to the point where I was getting really confused and overwhelmed. My girlfriend also didn't like adrian's attitude and mentioned that everything felt uninviting up until that point. I think it was a good deal and we were making progress but My girlfriend and I were feeling uncomfortable and hot due to having to wear a mask and the pressure of a sale wasn't making it any better. Then before Adrian left one more time I let him know I was actually interested in the 2020 honda civic and not the 2019 version and came back with his manager at this point the manager said this is the best deal I can give you if you take it today. (2019 honda civic after removing all of the dealer add-ons which amounted to almost 8k extra on top of the dealer price) I still wasn't happy with the price especially since they hadn't really discussed numbers with me still so let him know my girlfriend was feeling sick and that if I can come back tomorrow to maybe we can strike a dethe deal and John A. Said. "I can only give you this deal today if you cant take it I'm going to reset the numbers and don't come knocking at my door for expecting the same deal." At that point I thought that was rude and my girlfriend let me know she thought so as well so I told Adrian I don't want to do the deal today. My girlfriend mentioned out loud that their attitude up until that point was unwelcoming and that it didn't feel like a good experience so Adrian left and came back and said, "since you don't like our bad attitude we don't want your business." and that's how we walked away from that experience. More

Fabian did a wonderful job assisting me in the purchas business with Spreen Honda. I went in for an oil change on my 2005 CRV left with a 2015 Pilot.
