Stop trying to take advantage of people There are two reasons for this one-star survey. First, this one-star survey is for stating that my 2018 truck was overdue for a transmission and brake There are two reasons for this one-star survey. First, this one-star survey is for stating that my 2018 truck was overdue for a transmission and brake fluid exchange at 34,000 miles, even though it was not. Also, it is for the ridiculous prices to have these services done. Second, this one-star survey is for recommending that I replace my cabin filter for $100. It took literally one minute to replace the cabin filter myself and it cost $10. The Spreen Honda service department has completely lost my trust and I will not be taking my vehicle here for service in the future. More
