Very helpful My car had an issue and I needed to drop it off at 8pm. The service department was closed and I was not sure what to do. A very helpful salesman cam My car had an issue and I needed to drop it off at 8pm. The service department was closed and I was not sure what to do. A very helpful salesman came to my aid. He helped me with the after hours drop off sheet and gave me a bottle of water. The next day I received a text letting me know they had my car checked in at the service area and shortly received a call that it was all fixed. I was thinking it was going to be a big repair but it was not, in fact it was minor and they made the repair for free. I am so thankful, another less reputable place could have taken advantage but they did not. Thank you for the great service More

Service is less than satisfactory. Every time I bring my cars here its something different from technicians checking off that they have done work they really havent or something as simp Every time I bring my cars here its something different from technicians checking off that they have done work they really havent or something as simple as a complimentary wash not being done after having my car there half a day. I have spoke to the service manager a couple of times but I guess training is an issue. The service techs at the counter are great and try to remedy poor service but it shouldnt be a normal thing. If this happens every time I go in which is only once every 4 months, I wonder how much falls through the cracks daily. More
