It basically detailed what the services included as well as information about my car (thickness of tire, need for air filter in the near future). I didn’t pay anything out of pocket because I still had free oil changes left so that added more to the experience. I was also impressed by how fast I was checked in by Johnny Torrez. He was super fast with the paper work. More

Emission Systems Issue Check engine light came on, so took it in to Spreen to be checked at about 2:30 in the afternoon. It was diagnosed within the hour so made an appt. to Check engine light came on, so took it in to Spreen to be checked at about 2:30 in the afternoon. It was done in four hours as promised, plus I like the observations of other potential issues from the technician. There is never a hard sell on the service and the consultation is helpful. More

Easy and dependable I went for a CVT fluid change. From the time of drop off without an appointment to finished was faster than any dealer I've been to; it felt like 45 o I went for a CVT fluid change. From the time of drop off without an appointment to finished was faster than any dealer I've been to; it felt like 45 or so minutes. I've waited over 2 hours just for an oil change with no appointment from other dealers. The price for a CVT service is also lower than any transmission shop around the area, I got my car back with a wash and was not expecting that. Seriously know how to keep a customer happy. More
