I came into this dealership with the premise that I would not go home with a new car but rather get an idea of what I could afford. I was assisted by Yulianna and VU who were both amazing!! Vu is very intuitive and went above and beyond to get me a deal I was satisfied with. Service at Spreen Loma Linda was very Courteous fast and efficient. I was on my lunch break and was able to drop off my CRV and pick it up right after work. This is my 4th vehicle purchased at Spreen Honda. I am a repeat customer because of the professionalism of people like Raya Kaleck and Vu Ton-That. My daughter was recently diagnosed with cancer and I am a repeat customer because of the professionalism of people like Raya Kaleck and Vu Ton-That. My daughter was recently diagnosed with cancer and is wheelchair bound now due to her illness. Trading in my new 2019 Pilot LX AWD for a used 2019 Odyssey Elite was about immediate and pressing needs. The lower access height and greater cargo volume was a great relief for her constant egress/ingress from house to clinic. Also the AWD made my Pilot not comvertible into a wheelchair access vehicle, which is possible with the FWD Odyssey if that was something I needed in the future. More
