It was wonderful. After hitting a curb, I thought I should have my front end checked for alignment. Had a issue with my trunk not opening with the fob key and was only able to open it manually. Took the car in to get it check out and Ric the service manager provided great service. Turns out the batter and was only able to open it manually. Took the car in to get it check out and Ric the service manager provided great service. Turns out the battery needed to be replaced and was still under warranty. I would recommend Ric and spreen Honda for future services. More

I originally tried to get an appointment at Rock Honda. Their online scheduling was down, and after trying to call multiple times and use their texting service and failing, I decided to try Spreen. Got my 45000 mile maintenance done and had to have my battery replaced. I will definitely be back because of Rick. More

99% of the time I enjoy going to the spreen Honda dealer, but not this time. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and when I left my air pressure light was on on the car. It has never been on but not this time. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and when I left my air pressure light was on on the car. It has never been on before except one of their time when I had left spreen Honda but they fixed it. This time I drove back to spreen Honda approximately 20 minutes after I had left and they turn the light off. But then on the way home the light came back on again. Now if there is a problem with the pressure in one of my tires it should have been caught when they did the tire rotation oh, I don't understand why. If it's a problem with the light in needs to be fixed but I cannot keep driving back 25 miles every time they have them reset the light. I have called and left messages but have not been called back as of yet. It's now been two days and my light is still on. More
