An hour after receiving my car the issue occurred again. For this service I had to provide evidence for the technician to better understand what the issue was. With my provided evidence the technicians were able to diagnose the issue and resolve it. More

Finally, we had to call the service department, only to find out our car had been ready for hours. Rather disappointing, especially for the exorbitant fees we pay at to directly deal with the dealership service-center. Also was sorely disappointed that despite having our vehicle for quite a bit of time after the project was complete, it had not been driven through the quick car-wash. Unfortunately, the bar is set pretty low for dealerships, and even that wasn't met. If anyone at the dealership is reading this, may I recommend under promising, and over serving. Car will be done at 1:30p? Tell the customer it'll be done at 3:00p then deliver early! Win-win for everyone! More
