I came in for regular maintenance after a 8,450 mile road trip. My oil was at 30% but as we were taking it out again for a week I wanted to get it done. Over the years I've had really bad luck with all the vehicles (new or used) that I've owned, and when dealing with service departments I've had terrible experiences. Every time I felt I was being taken vehicles (new or used) that I've owned, and when dealing with service departments I've had terrible experiences. Every time I felt I was being taken advantage of because I was a woman or felt I was being charged an extraordinary amount of money for simple work. Unfortunately, in 2016 I had some major issues with my Honda HR-V within the first 2 days of having it and was feeling regretful of my decision to buy a Honda. Having this first extremely negative experience plus, all the others (at different dealerships) I was worried all future services apportionments or work by Spreen Honda would be similar. However, over the years Sebastian has changed my feelings and mind on this. Since buying my Honda HR-V in 2016 I've only had it serviced at Spreen Honda and have only worked with Sebastian. I feel completely comfortable knowing he has and will continue to go up and beyond to make sure any issues with my car are taken care of. He is professional but also connects with his customers and makes them feel valued, despite being super busy all the time. It is because of Sebastian that I will buy another Honda after my HR-V because the service he has provided is beyond anything I could have wished for. He is a great asset to Spreen Honda and makes the whole service department what it is. They are so busy now because I feel he has turned the department around since being there. More
