The car worked well after this planned maintenance visit, and the site staff were all polite and friendly. Two issues, however. 1 - Despite booking the service appointment in advance online and requesting and the site staff were all polite and friendly. Two issues, however. 1 - Despite booking the service appointment in advance online and requesting a shuttle ride when I did so, I still had to wait 32 minutes for the shuttle ride home after booking the car in. 2 - When I got the car back, it smelled strongly of gasoline in the cabin. After leaving it overnight with the sunroof open, so did my garage! The gasoline smell has still not gone away, after 150 miles of driving. More

I was pleased with my services up to a few months ago. The last two services I have not received a sticker on my window to indicate next oil change due date, no big deal. However 09/12 I came in for o The last two services I have not received a sticker on my window to indicate next oil change due date, no big deal. However 09/12 I came in for oil change. I asked my service rep to please make sure to be careful with my front seats as I had just removed my seat covers after getting a car detail. He said it would be fine because they use seat protectors. I picked up my car prior to close that day and when I got in and left, I noticed an oil stain on my passenger seat. Not sure why anyone was sitting there? I took a picture immediately after I noticed. Finally, I was given an estimated price for 30,000 service plus oil change for a little over $500. After comparing prices with other Honda dealers, this seems to be well over the going rate for this services. Overall, somewhat disappointed. More
