never bought my Chryslers from Reedman - in general terrible experience with their sales this time went for inspection and service with them only because of a small warranty issue - end result was th terrible experience with their sales this time went for inspection and service with them only because of a small warranty issue - end result was that most other things were done, but not the warranty issue. For me the dealer location / their hours so cumbersome, so bringing the car back there not really an easy thing also mentioned about a clocked hands-free censor, end result being that I was told to wash the car underneath - and I don't know at all where to wash / where the sensor is, cleaning that up during the maintenance visit presumably would have been so "huge issue", do not the happiest camper with this experience then noticed here below "How was your service pickup and delivery " - what the h..k is this ?, no one ever mentioned a word about this, I used public transportation instead and the dealership location not at all ok for me from that perspective More

Horrible Experience Went in for a new transmission and they said it would be done within a week. After a week and a half I called to see if it was done, someone told me i Went in for a new transmission and they said it would be done within a week. After a week and a half I called to see if it was done, someone told me it was done and I could go pick it up. I got there and they told me it wasn’t even looked at yet. 2 Weeks later I finally got my car back, now with my alignment off. 2 more weekends later my check engine light is on. Called to make an appointment and can’t get in for a week and a half weeks they are just rude. No one there is on the same page. One day i’m told something, then another i’m told something else. TERRIBLE customer service both on the phone and in person. Do not recommend. More
Their is a reason they have a 2.5 out of 5! Customer service said can't take the truck for a week even though the transmission is light is on and the indicator light on for "slippage". I ask for a loaner car and I am told they can't do that until the car is actually inspected! So my issue is I lease a car that has a warranty issue but the shop is too busy to look at my truck for a week or provide me with a loaner vehicle. Just the worst customer service from start to finish. I reported them to Chrysler/ Dodge HQ who is willing to provide 3 day rental service . The dealership should have from the start provided me with a car since they leased a truck that has a transmission issue. Sam in customer service actually tried to tell me that they didn't sell me a defective truck that it was Dodge! They only leased the defective product to me. Horrible customer service in the service department. I would leave no starts if at all possible. Scheduled a service appointment for my Jeep about 10 days ago for today (Saturday). When I got to the dea I would leave no starts if at all possible. Scheduled a service appointment for my Jeep about 10 days ago for today (Saturday). When I got to the dealership they said that they could not find my appointment. I told them I made the appointment online and they said "oh that doesn't really work". When they asked what I was there for, i told them and I was told "they don't do that type of work on a Saturday". It would have been nice if ANYONE would have mentioned this 10 days ago when I requested the appointment and if the online service request does not work either fix it or remove the ability from the site. On a side note the waiting room was PACKED and people looked like they had been there forever and were angry. Maybe I dodged a bullet even with the time I wasted. Do yourself a favor and find a different/better dealership to have your vehicle serviced. More

I've had multiple problems with mine new 2016 Ram 1500 with 2600 miles on it. The bezel around my navigation cracked and the gear shifter broke. Also my transmission continues to slip without the attention that is needed to fix it. the dealer telling me my truck is working perfectly fine but I know my truck. No brand new truck is suppose to pop into gear when you come to a complete stop. xxxxxxxx! On 4/27/2016 when I got in my truck at the dealer to pull off I noticed that the bezel was not installed properly so I got out of my truck, put the truck in park like I usually always do. But the gear shifter didn't go into Park when i got out. Instead of going into park it rolled into another customer's car. While i was there waiting for the police to come so I can't file a report, one of the service technicians told me that the gear shifter was a known problem and this wasnt the first time he seen it malfunction. I am now scared that this truck is not safe for me and my kids. Transmission problems, cracking of navigation bezel, and gear shifter problems..... I'm really not happy at all with the RAM product. After sever attempts problem not or they wont fix. Even though issue is under warrenty. Charge for services that should be covered by warrenty. Claims only one tech is able to code read a check engine light,HA! So my van is stuck at dealer for more than a day just to be told what i already told them what was wrong. Then made me pre pay a rental even though extended warrenty should have covered that cost too. I can only summerize that they are not familar with Lemon Laws and consumer recourses for said laws. Glad i got a Chrysler Care Manager involved. I wont even start with the attitude from that female employee behind the counter/ small office not talking about the cashier office. More
