Too difficult to make a service appointment! I called to make an appointment for service but was denied because I did not have the VIN number handy for my vehicle. I would never go back to miller dodge again. The customer service was horrible. They were not helpful and rude. When I went to pick up my car, the clerk handed me the key. I asked her if they were going to pull the car around for me. She told me no and that my car was probably around back somewhere. What kind of service is that? Especially when they charged me a ridiculous price for a new battery! Never again!! More
